I have the same concern, and am re-posting my comments in this thread. I am finding a serious loss of handwriting recognition success. Whereas before the upgrade to Win/10, approx. 90% of my input to my Samsung ATV/Pro was via handwriting, with an approx. 75% accuracy rate. Now, the accuracy rate has dropped to nearly 1%, and I have all but lost handwriting capability.

I have already spent nearly 30 mins on the Handwriting training routine (50 phrases) which has not improved the situation.
